If your independent provider reviews your labs and history and determines you are not a candidate for treatment, you receive a full refund of your membership payment, less a flat $195 covering your labs and provider visit. That amount is disclosed before you book — no surprises.
If you're approved
Once your provider issues a prescription and your compounded formula is prepared for you, membership fees for the current commitment period are non-refundable — compounded medication is made for exactly one person and cannot be restocked or reused.
Cancelling
- Monthly: cancel any time after the 3-month minimum; effective at the end of the current billing month.
- Seasonal: cancel before your next 90-day renewal.
- Annual: cancel before your annual renewal.
Cancel by emailing hi@tryliona.com — a human confirms within one business day.
Damaged or missing deliveries
If a shipment arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, tell us within 7 days and we coordinate a replacement with the pharmacy at no cost to you.
Liona is a membership that connects you with independent licensed providers and independent licensed pharmacies. Liona does not practice medicine or dispense medication. Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate, at the sole discretion of your provider. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Hormone therapy is not right for everyone. This site supports general wellbeing and is not medical advice.
