Liona keeps this simple on purpose. Here's exactly what Liona is, what it isn't, and what your membership covers.

What Liona is

Liona is a membership and care-coordination platform. Your membership includes the coordination of: lab testing, visits with independent licensed medical providers, and — when a provider determines treatment is medically appropriate — the preparation and delivery of your customized compounded prescription by independent licensed pharmacies, plus ongoing follow-up and dose management.

What Liona is not

• Liona is not a medical practice and does not practice medicine. All medical care is provided by independent licensed providers who exercise independent clinical judgment.
• Liona is not a pharmacy and does not dispense medication. All prescriptions are filled by independent licensed U.S. pharmacies.
• Nothing on this website is medical advice. It supports general wellbeing and education only.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate, at the sole discretion of your independent provider, after review of your labs, history, and symptoms. Preferences are considered; clinical decisions are the provider's. Compounded medications are customized for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved. Hormone therapy is not right for everyone; your provider will determine whether it is appropriate for you. Never start or stop a prescribed medication without talking to your provider.

Membership terms

• Monthly — $395/month, 3-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month.
• Seasonal — $1,047 per 90 days, entire 90-day supply in one delivery when prescribed.
• Annual — $2,940 per year.

Membership pricing is all-inclusive of the services listed above. If your provider changes your formulation, your membership price does not change. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time effective at the end of your current commitment or billing period by emailing hi@tryliona.com.

No Risk, All Reward

If your independent provider determines you are not a candidate for treatment, you receive a full refund of your membership payment, less a flat $195 covering your labs and provider visit. See the Refund Policy.

Telehealth consent

By booking a visit, you consent to receive care via telehealth from an independent licensed provider, understand its benefits and limitations, and confirm you are located in a state where your provider is licensed at the time of your visit.

Eligibility

Liona memberships are available to individuals 18 and older located in the United States, in states where partner providers and pharmacies operate. Liona services are designed for women's hormone health.

Communications

By providing your email or phone number you agree to receive service communications, and — if you opt in — marketing messages. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
