Short version: your information is used to run your membership, coordinate your care, and — only if you opt in — send you things worth reading. It is never sold.

What we collect

Account & contact info — name, email, phone, shipping address, state of residence.
Intake responses — your answers in the Liona Check and membership intake.
Payment info — processed by our payment processor; Liona does not store full card numbers.
Site data — cookies and analytics (pages visited, device, general location).

Health information

Your medical records — labs, visit notes, prescriptions — are created and maintained by the independent providers and pharmacies who treat you, under their own privacy obligations, including HIPAA where applicable. Liona receives only the information needed to coordinate your membership services. We do not sell or share your health information for advertising.

How we use information

To operate your membership: scheduling, lab coordination, delivery updates, support.
To communicate with you about your services.
To send marketing you opted into — unsubscribe anytime.
To improve the site and our services (aggregate analytics).

Who we share with

Only: the independent providers and pharmacies coordinating your care; service vendors under contract (payment processing, communications platform, analytics, shipping); and authorities where required by law. Never data brokers. Never sold.

Your choices

Access, correct, or delete your account information by emailing hi@tryliona.com. Opt out of marketing via any unsubscribe link, or STOP for texts. California residents: you may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct; we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CPRA.

Security & retention

We use industry-standard safeguards and retain information only as long as needed for your membership and legal obligations.
